The City of Gosnells Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade is made up of approximately 60 volunteers who respond to over 100 emergencies every year, both locally and throughout the state in support of other emergency services.
The Brigade conducts a variety of activities, including
- Responding to bushfires and other emergencies
- Assisting other emergency services
- Conducting fuel reduction burns on both public and private lands
- Firefighters attending schools and community groups
- Providing community information at public events
The Brigade meets every Monday at 7pm at the Gosnells Emergency Operations Centre, 16 Horley Road BECKENHAM WA 6107
